In the upcoming EHR, I would like for new client consultation booking options to have the ability to:
- Include a customizable questionnaire that the client must fill out before submitting the consultation request.
- For the consultation request to be marked as pending, and allow for me to approve/decline its booking before it's added to my calendar and confirmed for the client.
I currently use a third-party app (koalender) for this service, and always have, bc no EHR provides it. This is the most basic way to prescreen clients for fitment before I speak to them over the phone, and it should always be an option when clients can book consultations, as it saves me valuable time.
