I am totally in support of a Berries EMR. It would be wonderful to have all of my systems merged, especially with a company as intelligent and responsive as Berries. My biggest wish with a Berries EMR is that the billing part of the EMR is all-inclusive, for example, connected to Availity or other sources where we can check on EOBs and payment processing. Another important feature would be that the billing screen actually makes sense to the average client and to me, average laypersons who don't read and understand billing spreadsheets on a regular basis. It would also be nice to have a professional invoice template associated with the Berries EMR.

Wishlist for notes would be to be able to have the ability to split payment for sessions. Could divide the session between private pay and insurance or private pay and third party or just each partner, for example in couples therapy.

I hope this would be considered as an option in addition to the other options to continue using Berries to complement our EHRs. I want these tools to further develop as well. Thanks.

In the upcoming EHR, I would like for new client consultation booking options to have the ability to:
- Include a customizable questionnaire that the client must fill out before submitting the consultation request.
- For the consultation request to be marked as pending, and allow for me to approve/decline its booking before it's added to my calendar and confirmed for the client.
I currently use a third-party app (koalender) for this service, and always have, bc no EHR provides it. This is the most basic way to prescreen clients for fitment before I speak to them over the phone, and it should always be an option when clients can book consultations, as it saves me valuable time.
