When I sit down before a session, I often cannot remember where I left off. A carryover reminder note where the clinician can document what has already been done related to EMDR/IFS work, such as container, safe and calm place, managers, firefighters, etc. I am currently listing these along with other reminders to self in a note section in Sessions Health. This may be a little different for each clinician, so creating a template with options to individualize it may be helpful. A simple reminder note could work as well.
