My notes seem to randomly pick titles like practitioner, clinician, provider, and therapist, especially in therapy notes. I’m a PMHNP and like to be referred to as PMHNP, provider, or practitioner. I very often have to magic edit notes to change what they refer to me as, but it would be great to be able to select what we want to be referred to as in our notes as a setting so it doesn’t have to be changed all the time. .
