I like the diagnosis suggestions quite a lot. I don't like the general categories of some of the diagnoses, like "Specific personality disorders." The AI should either provide options of the specific personality disorders to consider, or allow us to choose the specific PD, then backfill justification. It's doubly annoying, because if I manually add a diagnosis, the AI does not attempt to justify it (or say hey, there's no evidence of this) and I cannot write a justification.
