Insurance complaint note to hit print!

Insurance compliant note so we can just hit print. Ins# on each page that saves, take out date that note is printed insurance companies will think we did session then and its conflicting ( a red flag ), add location and maybe some blank spots where we can personalize a need for a note , and save it is a template, add to an existing template not creating a whole new one .. signature line, we have to sign live. Save medical number so we.dont have to enter it each time...would be happy to send you a note to see. Have to be specific on interventions used, and what type of treatment u did..i.e. CBT, DBT..etc

Make the note insurance friendly where we just hit the print button! - Take off timestamp of when we print the note on the heading. - Each page has to have the patients name when you print. - Their insurance number saved so we dont need to enter everytime and print on each page w name. - location spot w telehealth or in person - a signature line we arent allowed electronic signatures - type of therapy completed, like a checkbox and it prints on the top of note. I still have to complete a separate progress note and attach to your note cause it doesnt have everything we need on it.
