can we not format the toolbar? Used to have "diagnosis" under patient name and now it's "patient letter, med list, and treatment plan", all of which I don't need. Extra step clicking into pt name and finding diagnosis there. Also, can I set a lock somewhere so you all aren't choosing diagnoses for me? I used to be able to set mine and you could document against it. Now, you're suggesting stuff and I have to "trashcan" them each time in the diagnosis section. I liked it better the old way....more work for me now.
