There needs to be a way to identify which name to use in note generation. I save each patient in Berries as it appears in my EHR. If the patient goes by a different name, their Berries name is: FirstName "PreferredName" LastName. This still doesn't trigger using the correct (preferred) name for note generation. We need a space in the patient overview where we can identify the name the patient uses for documentation, separate from the full chart name.

Notably, Berries also seems to get really confused about patients that have a first name as a last name. My name is a great example - rather than "Michelle reports" it says "Michelle Miranda reports", since it can't decide which name to use.

Right now the only solution is to magic edit and apply to all sections, for every note for a patient.
