There needs to be a way to identify which name to use in note generation. I save each patient in Berries as it appears in my EHR. If the patient goes by a different name, their Berries name is: FirstName "PreferredName" LastName. This still doesn't trigger using the correct (preferred) name for note generation. We need a space in the patient overview where we can identify the name the patient uses for documentation, separate from the full chart name. Notably, Berries also seems to get really confused about patients that have a first name as a last name. My name is a great example - rather than "Michelle reports" it says "Michelle Miranda reports", since it can't decide which name to use. Right now the only solution is to magic edit and apply to all sections, for every note for a patient.

Would like to see the possibility of uploading documents and pdfs in addition to the dictation and pasting in feature for documentation. Berries would have to be able to accurately read the uploaded information and convert/integrate it into notes.

Add a section to the settings:note preferences for how we refer to ourselves (e.g. clinician, therapist, coach) so it doesnt have to be changed each time.

Better reflect your clients' identities, allowing for more accurate and respectful documentation in every note.

Even when I select that the client is a Couple I can only select pronouns for one member of a couple and I need to provide pronouns for both members of the couple.

When creating my templates, I want to be able to apply certain rules to the whole note, not just one section. For example, "use abbreviations such as mg for medications" and "only use generic name for medications" (the generated note often will document the brand name followed by generic in parentheses, but doesn't do this for every med, or in every section, or in every note, which is really inconsistent). I've written this rule into one section on a template and still find that other sections don't follow suite.

In only use 3 services like couple therapy, individual therapy, etc, but often have to scroll through ones I never use. Can I put my frequently used at the top?
